The seaside village of Elie is in the East Neuk of Fife, well known for its picturesque fishing villages.  Elie itself has a stunning long sandy beach and a protected harbour which is perfect for all types of water sports.  There are two golf courses, tennis courts and great pubs, and that’s all within 10 minutes walk of Russell Bank. You’ll also be just a few minutes walk to the local shops and at low tide you can walk across the sand to the famous Ship Inn.

   There’s a south facing sloped garden at the front of the house, enjoying the lovely view with a large table and benches.  At the back of the house there is a small enclosed garden, perfect for catching the evening sun.  The house has off street parking as well as free street parking and you’ll have use of an EV charger on request.  There are two garages for storing beach equipment and golf clubs.
