Russell Bank sleeps 14 and is located minutes from the village centre, beach, pubs and golf course

Russell Bank has been available to rent since March 2023 having undergone a huge transformation.  The house has been tastefully and thoughtfully renovated with beautiful interiors and everything you need for a perfect holiday.  With a large open plan kitchen and dining area, seating for 14 and a living room and a snug there’s plenty of space for everyone.  The house can comfortably sleep 14 across 6 bedrooms; 1 superking bedroom, 3 bedrooms with king beds, one room with 2 bunk beds and a twin bedroom downstairs.  There’s space for travel cots in several bedrooms.

Downstairs the house is spacious and well laid out.  There’s a fully equipped modern kitchen/dining room with induction hob, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, fridge, freezer and wine fridge.  There are 2 living spaces – a cosy snug and a larger living room with a log burning stove and cracking views.  Both rooms have Wifi enabled TVs and big comfy sofas.

Downstairs there is a twin bedroom with a wash basin, a separate shower room with WC, a utility with washing machine and dryer and a separate WC.  The whole house is underfloor heated using air source heat pumps so it’s always nice and cosy whatever the weather outside.

The lovely light filled staircase leads you up to a spacious landing and 5 more bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  The master shares the same incredible views as the living room and has a superking bed, a slipper bath to enjoy those views and a basin.  Opposite this is a king bedroom with a wash basin.  Off the same landing there is also a separate shower room and another king bedroom with an en-suite shower room and views of Elie Bay.  The bunk room is spacious and has two sets of bunks.  The final king bedroom is accessed through the bunk room and down a couple of steps into a gorgeous room with coombed ceilings and a huge en-suite bathroom with shower and bath – enjoying the fabulous views as well.

Russell Bank is ideal for large groups, family get togethers, golfers, walkers and enthusiasts for all things beach, sport and water related.  If you need to squeeze in a couple of extra children please get in touch.  Also contact us if you are a smaller group of six to eight people looking to book off season.  One well behaved dog is welcome.  There is onsite parking as well as street parking, access to an EV charger on request and self check-in via a key box.  Check in/check out days are Mondays and Fridays with 3 night stays from a Friday and 4 nights stays from a Monday.  Sorry but we do not accept hen or stag parties.
