Alex and Tara’s house is absolutely beautiful, both inside the house and the grounds. The house is set in a stunning area with lovely walks on the beach but it is the house which is the star. We visited, as a family, to celebrate my birthday.
Everything in the house is of the best quality, from the beds, bed linen, towels, furniture, decor and the list goes on….this is one of the best Airbnb properties I have ever stayed in.
A big thank you to you both for sharing this amazing property with everyone….it is an absolute gem.

Oh where do I start! Our beautiful 3 night stay has just came to an end, and what a wonderful 3 nights we had. We came as a family of 10 adults, 2 kids and our dog to celebrate my dads surprise 60th birthday weekend. The house is absolutely stunning, spotlessly clean, fantastic amenities, unbelievable views, and amazing hosts. Tara and Alex even helped out with surprising our dad, they went above and beyond as hosts! We really did have the most special time away and we can’t wait to come back already! We stayed at this beautiful house for three nights.  It was a family get together to celebrate a birthday.  The house was perfect.  We enjoyed walks to the beach, took part in some water sports and also enjoyed eating out.  Everything was within walking distance.  The house is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Fantastic house for a family stay, this made our trip to Elie very special.  Everything in the house well thought out and laid out, beautiful decor plenty of space to accommodate different ages.  Fully equipped kitchen with island and large dining table was great for us a very social space for all the family.  We will definitely be back.

This place is great!  The house is fully outfitted and well decorated.  We felt very at home.  Everyone had their own enormous bed, with room to spare.  An extended family could stay here all together.  There is no need for a car, and you can find everything you need within walking distance.  Alex and Tara were very polite and accommodating, and they gave us our space. 11/10.

Absolutely gorgeous stay in a beautiful house!!  We booked as a group of 12 and there was plenty of room for everyone, with the house being great for all age ranges of kids.  Alex and Tara accommodated for the toddler needs also.  The house is well equipped and located, with plenty of parking room and a stunning view.  Thank you for a fab stay, Elie was a treat for us all.

We had a fabulous few days at Russell Bank with our family, such a great location and the house had everything we needed. We were 8 adults and 5 kids of different ages.  We loved the kitchen dinning area meant we could all be together.  The bedrooms were all great as well as the shower rooms & the bedroom with the roll top bath was a great extra for some of the guests who liked a bath.  Two lovely lounges too.  Loved that there were 2 dishwashers in kitchen with plenty dishes & glasses etc.  Would certainly recommend Russell Bank in Elie.  Was a fantastic weekend.  Thank you Alex & Tara for sharing your beautiful house.

We had a wonderful weeks at Alex and Tara’s house.  The kitchen and dining room was amazing with lots of space for us all to enjoy.  The bedrooms were great also especially the master with bath looking down onto the beach.  The house is a real show stopper and almost all who passed stopped to admire it and the views it had.  It is a short walk to the beach which was great for us with our toddler.

Tara and Alex’s house is outstanding.  We enjoyed our stay immensely.  It is perfectly located and just like the photos.  What isn’t necessarily apparent is how carefully thought out the house is. You can tell the owners thought through every room, a hook in the right place for hanging a coat, sockets just where you need them, everything is carefully considered.  Amazing time had by all.

The house exceeded our expectations.  It was extremely beautiful but also super clean and had everything we could’ve needed.  The location is stunning, I’ll miss that view of the beach from the breakfast bar each morning.  Every room was gorgeous and with the large number of ensuites it meant there was no fights over rooms.  We will be rushing back for our next family get together.
